Registered auctioneer and salesperson who has led the sales team for seven years and calls most of the Saturday auctions across the three offices.
Priya Venkatesan
Runs the rent roll and the property management team, joined Vantage in 2012 and represents the agency at tribunal hearings when disputes cannot be resolved.
Callum Reid
Manages the largest schemes in the portfolio, including Riverbend Towers, and has chaired body corporate meetings for Vantage for nine years.
Mei-Ling Chow
Started as a cleaner on the Northgate contract in 2010 and now runs rostering, quoting, chemical safety and quality inspections for every cleaning site.
Darren Fitzgerald
Former control room supervisor with a security management background, he has run the patrol teams, the control room and licence compliance for five years.
Anika Sorensen
Registered cadastral surveyor who signs every plan the team lodges and has led the surveying division since it was set up in 2016.
Josh Palmer
Manages a portfolio of 190 tenancies on the Gold Coast, handles most of the team's urgent repair calls and has been with Vantage for four years.
Rosa Delgado
Leads the evening crew at Northgate Commercial Tower, trains new cleaners on chemicals and equipment and has been on the contract for six years.
Kai Tanaka
Licensed security officer on the Riverbend Towers concierge desk and the night patrol roster, with three years at Vantage and first aid and control room training.
