Our departments
Six departments make up the business. Each page shows the purpose, the people, the measures that matter and the systems the team works in.
Sales and Leasing
Sells and leases residential and small commercial property. Salespeople appraise and list properties, run marketing campaigns and open homes, negotiate offers and manage contracts through to settlement. The leasing team markets vacant rentals and shortlists applicants for the property managers.
Residential Property Management
Manages the rent roll on behalf of private landlords. Property managers select tenants, prepare leases and condition reports, lodge bonds, collect rent, conduct routine inspections, arrange repairs and handle end of tenancy, keeping every action within the tenancy legislation and the agency agreement.
Strata and Body Corporate Management
Administers body corporate schemes under management agreements. Strata managers convene and minute committee and general meetings, prepare budgets and levy notices, arrange insurance and maintenance contracts, enforce by-laws, keep the scheme records and hold funds in trust for each scheme.
Cleaning and Facilities Services
Delivers contract cleaning to commercial buildings, common property and vacated rental properties. Team leaders run shifts of cleaners against site cleaning schedules, manage chemicals and equipment safely, complete quality inspections and report defects and hazards found on site to the building manager.
Security and Concierge Services
Provides licensed static guards, mobile patrols, alarm response and concierge services from a 24-hour control room. Officers control access, monitor CCTV and alarms, respond to incidents, manage difficult behaviour lawfully and record every patrol, incident and handover so clients and regulators can rely on the log.
Surveying and Spatial Services
Undertakes boundary, title, construction and as-constructed surveys and produces plans and spatial data for developers, builders and homeowners. Field crews collect data with total stations and GNSS receivers under the direction of the registered surveyor, who signs cadastral plans lodged for registration.
