Cleaning and Facilities Services
Delivers contract cleaning to commercial buildings, common property and vacated rental properties. Team leaders run shifts of cleaners against site cleaning schedules, manage chemicals and equipment safely, complete quality inspections and report defects and hazards found on site to the building manager.

Repair and maintenance requests for rental properties and common property from logging through approval, contractor allocation and completion.
