Security and Concierge Services
Provides licensed static guards, mobile patrols, alarm response and concierge services from a 24-hour control room. Officers control access, monitor CCTV and alarms, respond to incidents, manage difficult behaviour lawfully and record every patrol, incident and handover so clients and regulators can rely on the log.

- Roster licensed officers to static, patrol and concierge posts
- Monitor alarms and CCTV and dispatch patrol response
- Record patrols, incidents and shift handovers in the log
- Manage keys, access cards and after-hours contractor access
- Liaise with police, emergency services and building managers
